Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Be in the original packaging, including tags or labels (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us

 We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
2. Pack Your Item
 Carefully repackage your item in its original packaging. Make sure the product is in new, unused condition to avoid delays or issues with your return.
3. Return Shipping
 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.
4. Processing Your Return
 Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed within **5–7 business days
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
#### Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you’d prefer. We’ll happily guide you through the steps for an exchange.
#### Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale")
- Opened or used beauty products (if applicable)
- Personalized or custom products
#### **Damaged or Defective Items**
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [hello@seekgrace.co](mailto:hello@seekgrace.co) with a description of the issue and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
#### **International Returns**
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable, and customs duties or taxes paid on returns may not be refunded.
